The one place in the country with bugger all community...oh well, not going to complain, it's only about £2 return to Brum on the train for me. Plus you never know...might bring some of the locals out of the woodwork to qualify...maybe we can convince a few to come to Kingswinford....

 Re: Battlegroup Tournament Information
Birmingham's a popular choice because it's easy to get to by train and rail for most everyone. It also has lots of possible venues and a fair few hotels (though not dirt cheap ones, sadly). If we keep holding tournaments there, though, you might gain some form of community.

Shame more of them can't find their way to Kingswinford, or setup a play group on any day other than...ooooh Tuesday. If I knew of a decent venue, and of any of said players I might try and set something up myself....as I don't...I'll wait till one of them can be bothered ;)

 Re: Battlegroup Tournament Information
Ive spoken to the guys at waylands forge who seem happy to let us run wow events there. Space is limited to 10 people but we could probably take part in the ZG league thingie if enough players from brum will join I will happily make 1

I'll make a 2....wait....didn't we have this discussion the other day.... Anyway, yes. Birmingham now has half a team.....WOO. I would suggest more people for it but the only WoW players I know are at Dudley Darklords....a somewhat LIMITED circle I grant you....but fun.

 Re: Battlegroup Tournament Information
Theres quite a few brum players, its just we all work odd shifts and then have other things to do at weekends (Raid, GFs/BFs, Uni Work, Hangovers, Travelling to tournys) get the idea? xD
