Jack is back with a report from his first ever Core Format event, the Zapped Giants Open. As Jack eases back into the competitive scene after a disastrous Season 4 he did not attend, he takes us through his deck choice and his constructed match-ups before a brief run-down of his draft.

Paris will host the first European Continental Championships on June 12-13!

Cryptozoic Entertainment is excited to announce that the first European Continental Championships for the World of Warcraft TCG will be held on June 12-13, 2010 at the Espace Charenton in Paris, France. The European Continental Championships is open to all players, who will be competing for their share of over 40,000€ in prizes!

Blizzard have announced that the WoW TCG will continue in it's current form, in both the USA and throughout Europe.
The TCG will now be "produced" by a new company called "Cryptozoic Entertainment", which appears to be comprised of Blizzard staff members, who have previously worked with the TCG, along with Upper Deck.
Although no concrete details have been announced, the company has set up a temporary website here, where they express their intent to :

Zapped Giants and Tomy are proud to announce that on the 21st March the first Zapped Giants Open will be taking place in Milton Keynes! This event replaces the Upper Deck "Realms" event, and will be held in the same venue.

Tomy and Zapped Giants have stepped in to fund and organise next week's Realms Championship event.
The event will still go ahead as planned, in the same venue. The venue will be provided by Tomy, and the event will be in no way linked to Upper Deck Entertainment.
The TCG tournament will still go ahead as advertised. It will be open to all players, not just those who qualified for Realms.
